SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Group exercise is a great way to maintain motivation.  We have found that our clients are just as supportive of each other as we are of them. So if you need a little encouragement and a lower price point then why not give a group class a try.  

BOXING CLASSES

Boxing classes are an excellent way to boost your fitness, strength and core strength whilst at the same time working out a few frustrations. Yep, stress relief to go with your fat burning and toning workout. Boxing classes are a highly efficient use of your exercise time and a lot of fun to boot.  Due to our small class sizes trainers are able to tailor activities to all levels and work around most injuries.  Inquire about a boxing class today.

CARDIO CLASSES

Get the blood pumping!  Cardio classes use the whole studio in a dynamic and highly varied workout and keep the pace up throughout the action packed class.  Again, our trainers are able to cater for all levels in these sessions that usually produce a few laughs and a lot of sweating.  A great supplement to one on one personal training to boost fitness levels, you will definitely feel alive after one of these classes. BOOT CAMP

Lisa is running boot camp sessions now.

The winter series is 5 weeks at 6am for 45 minutes - a great way to overcome the resistance to get out of bed in winter.

Class starts 13th July and will run Monday and Wednesday each week.

Cost - 10 classes for $200 - excellent value. 

Location - offsite from Vital Habits at Camberwell South Anglican Church Hall, 101 - 103 Bowen St.
