I started off my journey in fitness journey in martial arts and combat sports. I began learning from older athletes as well as teaching myself  different ways to keep myself injury free, and later help get an edge on my competition. It wasn't long before I was being asked for advice by my peers and that was when my adventure in fitness and coaching really began. 


Between then and now I've written and taken people through exercise and training programs in a hospital setting, in multidisciplinary clinics with physios and health practitioners, strength and conditioning centres, professional sports teams (footy, hockey, soccer being the primary), and big box gyms before finally finding my home at Vital Habits. 


I can confidently guide you through an injury prevention or rehabilitation process, a high level strength and conditioning program, or exercise for general health and longevity.

  • Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science : Majoring Exercise Physiology; Minoring Nutrition Sciences
  • Precision Nutrition Cert Level 1
  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level 1
  • Level 1 Track and Field Cert

Hey all, I've been a coach/trainer for over a decade. My journey into fitness naturally evolved from year's of competing in many sports since childhood.

 When I stopped competitive sports I had to find something that challenged me physically and mentally, that's when I found bodybuilding.

I've suffered many setbacks and injuries due to a severe health issue, but I don't let my health issues stop me, its my reason to keep pushing myself so hard, to prove to people that have health issues or injuries that there are NO EXCUSES. If I can do it, so can you.

I push my clients hard, that's what I'm there for, for you to get the absolute best out of yourself. Nothing good in life comes from staying in your comfort zone. So if you're keen to train hard and reap the rewards of your hard work then lets get started.
